Description

Hyperspectral technology can be useful for many different applications in agrifood processing as a fast, at- or inline, non-destructive alternative for lab analysis, e.g. for quality control or process control applications. In this service, we perform pilot testing using our VIS and NIR hyperspectral cameras and spectrometers on lab-scale for agrofood processing companies to investigate the feasibility for their products or applications. Based on the measurements and reference data, statistical and machine learning based chemometric models are built. Furthermore, resampling can be performed to investigate the possibility of different existing or build-for-purpose multispectral devices for later integration in the food processing company.
