Description

Dataset of annotated images where parasite eggs are located. The location of eggs were manually annotated on thousand of microscope images.
This dataset can be used to train a neural network able to automatically count the number of eggs on picture. This could have application to estimate the level of infestation of animals. Coproscopie is particularly time consuming, automatic method could be very helpful.
Images from microscope were manually annotated to locate the eggs.
