Summary
The goal of this service is to evaluate the quality and user friendliness of the system. It means that we will concentrate on the user interface. The goal of this service will be to observe how easy cooperation with the system is and how it is intuitive. We will use specific metrics to observe the quality of the UI and also for evaluation of the user experience. The result of this service will be a report with recommendation of changes as well as with information about the results of the evaluation.

Description
That service will consume information collected during evaluation of the user interface and user experience related to the ready to use system. The mechanisms of the system will not be considered (in the terms of models or software architecture). The service provider will only analyze how easy and intuitive the system is and how the user can cooperate. The service will be finished with the report in which we will describe the recommendations of changes to improve user interface (to make it easier and more intuitive) and also user experience. We will be able also to evaluate these two parameters after providing of the changes. It may include multi-criteria analysis of HRI - human ordinance of robotic solutions
