Description
Investigate identified gaps between current regulations and a companys innovation that needs to be filled and propose changes.
Policy lab (as a regulatory innovation process) aims to i) analyse the challenges that arise in connection between technology/market development and regulation, ii) develop possible solutions, iii) collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine the next step.
If beneficial use avaliable robotic machinery to test and demonstrate technology with relevant authorities etc.
Case one: The innovation is affected by completely new legislation (no practice).
Case two: Work on the innovation in sandbox (legislation is missing - which one is needed?)
